I integrate evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, and person-centered approaches, weaving in mindfulness, self-compassion, and creative expression when it fits your needs. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. My work is rooted in person-centered therapy and trauma-informed care, and I often use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in building insight, emotional regulation, and stronger relationships. I really enjoy working and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community as well.
