Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Ohio and in Kentucky. I help adults, teens, and families break out of cycles of conflict, frustration, or emotional strain. From ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and school challenges to communication difficulties, we will work together to understand what’s happening and develop practical, actionable steps toward meaningful growth. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems interventions, and Dialectical Behavioral techniques to strengthen communication, support emotional regulation, and foster meaningful growth.

I help teens and families build communication skills, manage emotions, and grow resilience.Outside of therapy, I enjoy comic books and reading, which inspire lessons about courage, identity, and growth—values I bring into our work together.
