I am a registered psychological associate in California working under the supervision of Dr. Gregg Baringoldz (License: PSY11971). My goal as a therapist is to help each client learn how to be the hero of their own story, to gain skills to manage their mental health, and develop their strengths. There is no battle scarier than the one we do in our own minds, and my job is to help you through that battle and achieve your goals.
I have experience working with a wide range of clients, from children to teens to adults, with a variety of different issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, substance use, and more. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy in sessions.
