I have over ten years of background working in Addictions Treatment and have worked from a Solutions Focused Model utilizing CBT, REBT, and Reality Based Therapy. In my work with couples and families I engage Emotionally Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy while conducting Attachment focused work.
We all have a different and unique background, culture, belief system, and set of experiences which provide us the “tools” we use to conquer the day.
