I've spent years working with couples and individuals helping them find a way forward in their most intimate relationships. Together, we'll fashion a practical path toward renewing love and discovering self-awareness. First, know what to expect: 50-minute top-of-the-hour sessions are scheduled mostly weekly. On average, it takes about 6 sessions before you notice significant progress, and only after 10-12 sessions, will you likely be hitting your goals. Plan for the long haul: It's worth it!
