I work with teens (15+) and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, and life transitions. Many come to therapy seeking clarity, support, and a space to feel heard. My approach is warm and collaborative—we work together to understand what’s beneath the struggle and build practical tools for everyday life. Over time, my hope is that you’ll feel more grounded, more equipped, and more like yourself. I also provide clinical supervision to Limited Licensed Professional Counselors.

I offer a compassionate space to explore the deeper beliefs and experiences that shape how you see yourself and the world. Whether you're facing trauma, anxiety, depression, or addiction, we’ll gently uncover what’s beneath the surface and work toward healing—together, and without judgment.

My desire and why I chose to be a therapist, is to help. The greatest privilege a client can give me is to allow me to walk beside them as they seek and achieve the change in their life the way they want. Sometimes I am just a listening ear or an affirming voice, but always the client's greatest champion. Whatever you need from therapy I am happy help.
