I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist and sex therapist specializing in trauma, anxiety, and relationships. I have extensive training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), two powerful approaches for healing trauma, reducing anxiety, and deepening self-understanding.

Therapy with me is warm, nonjudgmental, and practical—but it doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. Clients often tell me they appreciate my sense of humor and my ability to make difficult conversations feel approachable.
