My overarching goal is to help people in a place of pain, when life isn’t working, learn about themselves and heal the relationships they care most about. My experience as a counseling professional is to apply my real-life experience and professional training to help clients achieve the understanding and personal growth they are hoping for. As a practitioner, I serve the Brentwood and Nashville areas. I offer a full range of mental health services that are personalized, current and evidence based, ethical, and most importantly, helpful.
I love my work and enjoy working with individuals, couples and groups. My interest include issues with addiction, codependency, boundaries, attachment, trauma, relationiship issues, grief, spirutual issues, idenity and life transitions.
This is a second career for me and enjoy helping people find healing and discover their true authenitic self. I have bachelors degree from Belmont University in Business Administration and a Masters of Art in Mental Health Counseling also from Belmont University and did my internship with Cumberalnd Heights and with Alinea Counseling.
