Life is challenging. It's not always clear where to go or what to do next. If you're struggling with mental health issues on top of it all, life can feel even more overwhelming and painful. I believe there is potential for happiness in all people. Though it may be difficult to see it now, everything you need in order to be happy already lives within you. I'm not here to "fix" you. Instead, I'll help you harness your innate potential. While I have clients from all walks of life, I tend to work well with artists and those who use their creative abilities (e.g., graphic designers, engineers, architects, etc).
