Aloha, my name is Benjamin Myers. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Hawaii. I’ve been working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression and addiction as well as the trauma that led to these current struggles for the last 12 years. I work as a therapist to help you navigate these difficulties and develop a plan to decrease their impact on your day to day life. I provide an empathetic space for you to learn and grow and help you address the issues you want to confront. I believe that everyone has the capacity to develop the skills to overcome the adversity in their life. I look forward to taking that journey with you.
My therapeutic approach is very client centered. My job is to work as a guide on your journey. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to assist you in developing the necessary skills to make the changes that you want to make. I provide a collaborative space for your growth, self discovery, and the pursuit of your goals.
