The idea of starting therapy can be a little scary, but with the right fit, therapy is an effective way to grow and find direction. My role is to help you find your way to an authentic understanding of what's bothering you and how you want to deal with it. I view therapy as an opportunity to learn from life's challenges and uncover different barriers that are keeping us feeling stagnant. The reward of committing to growth is empowerment we can use to accomplish our goals and ease life's stressors.

Taking a relational approach to treatment, the therapy experience feels more collaborative. My practice focuses on developing a centeredness that allows for opportunities of peace and deepening understanding. This can look like shifting patterns for a desired outcome or learning from historical pain; my job is to help you move through it effectively.

Whether you are uncertain of how to start or feeling impatient to get going, we will navigate this process at your pace and figure out how to make the therapeutic experience work for you. The process will be by your design and will look unique to each individual client.
