I have experience in treating anxiety disorders, substance use/addiction, and other personality or behavioral issues. My background is in psychology, social work, and substance use/addiction. I have my Master of Social Work degree, and licensure for clinical practice. See below for specific treatment modalities.
My primary experience in counseling has been in the treatment of anxiety, improving emotional regulation skills, and challenging negative thinking patterns. I have focused on criminal thinking/addiction and other negative thought distortions. I use primarily Cogntive Behavioral Therapy as my approach when working with clients.
