I utilize various humanistic and trauma-informed interventions to assist individuals in developing their own sense of self, so that they might identify how to best heal their own trauma and negative cognitions. I view mental health treatment as a journey built on trust between both therapist and client, where the therapist acts as an observer to the client’s experiences, offering objective guidance in order to provide them with opportunities to gain new insight.
Our sessions will focus on providing you this insight, along with helping you to find ways to build your own self up so as to provide you with the stability you need to continue growing well beyond our time together. I work with those of all ages, whether they are individuals, in a family, or part of a couple.
