I provide individual counseling to adolescents and adults with a variety of issues from men's issues, anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, life changes, career counseling, money issues, parenting issues, behavioral issues, and relationship issues. In addition to individual counseling, I also offer parent coaching to parents and caregivers who are caring for children with difficult behaviors, defiant behaviors, and tantrums. I have extensive experience working with children who have been severely traumatized and have behavioral issues as a result.
Throughout the therapeutic process I utilize various techniques such as CBT, Person Centered Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, and coaching. I also offer counseling from a Christian perspective upon request.
