I am the founder of Maryland Integrative Counseling Associates (MICA), an outpatient mental health practice with offices in Rockville and Frederick. Each therapist at MICA has their own specialty area, and mine is helping teens and adults with anxiety, trauma and attention disorders. I offer qEEG assessments and Neurofeedback in addition to traditional talk-therapy for these and other problem areas.

Talk-therapy is great, but sometimes it's not enough to help you actually feel better. As one of the area's few Board Certified Neurotherapists, I specialize in applied psychophysiology, using Neurofeedback to actually practice the skills we talk about in therapy.

I have a relaxed therapeutic style, and I try to balance flexibility, curiosity, and even humor with the seriousness of psychotherapy.
