I work with adults and couples who are experiencing these exact kinds of problems. In therapy we'll work together to help you identify what you want to change and makes the changes that you feel are needed.

Therapy is a place where we can slow and examine problems in a thoughtful and meaningful way. Together we'll explore your current problems, as well as past experiences and current life stressors that may be affecting you now to help you move forward and better understand yourself.
