Do you ever feel like life is moving quickly and it can be hard to catch up and slow down? Do things seem overwhelming or stressful in your life? Is there a lot of changes happening and you aren't sure how to navigate them?
Asking for help can be challenging and intimidating, however, it is a big first step! I work collaboratively with people to help sort through challenges or internal self-talk that can sometimes interfere with relationships/work/or day-day tasks. I help create a non-judgmental environment to hold space where defenses can be let down and you can truly be yourself.
My biggest strengths as a clinician is utilizing systems as a way to understand the world around us. I have extensive experience working with individuals who have substance abuse disorder who may be in different spots in their recovery. Working with Co-occuring individuals who may be deal with a variety of mental health diagnosis.
I have experience working with a variety of people who all have different journeys. Passionate about helping people work through their journey's.
