Ihave worked in mental health for about 7 years now. I have worked in a range of settings including at an inpatient hospital setting, home therapy, and outpatient therapy. I have worked with both children, adolescents and adults experiencing depression, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, stress, challenging family dynamics, grief and loss, and life transitions.
