Hey what’s up, my name is Ben. I am a Social Worker and Navy veteran (green-side Corpsman) based in the Raleigh area. I specialize in men’s issues and have a strong passion for supporting first responders, military members and their families, veterans, healthcare professionals, blue-collar workers, tradesmen, and farmers—though my work is not limited to these groups as I love to help anyone in need. If you’re looking to make meaningful changes, navigate life’s challenges, or address mental health concerns, I offer a straight forwards, down-to-earth approach focused on helping you move forward with clarity and confidence..
I help clients navigate life's issues, divorce or relationship problems, PTSD, TBI, trauma, burnout, anger, depression, low self-esteem, addiction, grief, ADHD, and anxiety. I also offer guidance in stress management, building resilience, personal growth, career changes, social challenges, budgeting, and everyday life struggles in this world we live in.
You don't have to face life's challenges alone. I offer a free initial consultation to understand your needs and determine if my approach fits with you. Everyone deserves a supportive place to explore their thoughts and begin their own journey. Why not take that first step, and come chat.

Groups
“The Men’s Resilience Group”
This group is for adult men including veterans, first responders, healthcare workers, tradesmen, and men in high-responsibility roles. Many men are taught to push through and handle things alone. Over time, that approach can lead to chronic stress, anxiety, anger, emotional shutdown, sleep problems, and strained relationships. The Men’s Resilience Group is a virtual, therapist-led group focused on practical tools, emotional regulation, and rebuilding identity—especially after military service or major life transitions. Groups are guided, and respectful, with no forced sharing. Strength isn’t carrying the load alone. It’s learning how to carry it well.
