Benjamin Huempfner is not currently accepting new clients.

My approach is direct, yet gentle and I believe you are the most important resource for improving your health and well-being. It is my task and hope to support you by listening and providing the tools and support you need to achieve your goals. I have a broad range of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with trauma, anxiety, and depression. However, my focus and passion is with teens and young adults with self-harming behaviors.

I have most experience working with anxiety and self-harming behaviors specifically. While I do enjoy working with all age groups, I specialize in counseling with adolescents and their families. I draw from Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and use mindfulness in my approach.

Please note, I am not currently accepting new clients. However, please feel free to reach out and I may be able to help you find another therapist who can be a good fit for you.
