I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, but do not be confused by the name. The title speaks to our meaning as humans: that we are driven by and thrive from connection with ourselves, others, and the world in which we live. Wounding, healing and purpose all flow from this place. I work with adult individuals and couples, and if you are curious to know my style, I am a guy who goes for real, in-the-moment interaction. I actively engage with you, learn about your life, I share about mine (so you don’t feel abnormal) and I offer insights to help you understand yourself with greater clarity and love.

No topic is off the table with me. Sex, porn, anger, feeling unmotivated/no energy, drugs/drinking, dating, taking the road less traveled, leaving your religion, finding your purpose, clearing up the past, grief, life changes, getting rid of judgment, facing fears and so on, are the conversations that I find energizing.

I’m not the answer man who will tell you exactly what to do with your life (ok, sometimes I may need to), but rather, together—in an attentive and explorative way—we will find your own answers, living right inside you. Those are the ones that will bring you freedom, satisfaction and joy.
