Welcome! My practice is focused on providing you with the skills you need, as well as a judgment-free space to process your thoughts and emotions. I work with patients who want personalized therapy focused on their individual needs. Many of my patients report issues of anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I also provide psychological testing for those who may need accommodations in school or at work.
I provide coping skills, knowledge, and a calm non-judgmental demeanor, which allows my patients to be themselves in therapy. My goal is to get you back on your feet and functioning at whatever level you think is possible.
Issues of mental health can often be difficult to talk about and process. If you are looking for a personalized and supportive approach to therapy that is geared toward improvement, please reach out and we can schedule a 10-minute phone meeting to see if I am the right therapist for you,
