I specialize in mental health and substance abuse treatment, including anxiety, trauma/PTSD, depression, dual diagnosis, stress management, anger management, relationship struggles, and life transitions. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Reality Therapy, I help clients better understand their patterns.
