I have specialized in the treatment of trauma related problems and associated anxiety, anxiety disorders (panic, OCD, general anxiety), behavioral issues, and depression. I believe all people come equipped with the strength and internal resources necessary to heal. We are more than the pain that afflicts us or the symptoms that make our lives difficult. Helping those afflicted by trauma, anxiety, and depression is my passion. My goal is to aid in finding life's balance, to help others regain a sense of hope, and return from the past to find fulfillment in their present.
I provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Family Systems Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (E/RP), Interpersonal Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness Based CBT.
