Finding the right therapist can be difficult. Most profiles sound identical - warm, empathic, person-centered - but tell you little about the actual experience. I offer something specific. Direct, perceptive, and intellectually curious, I believe that effective therapy goes beyond just listening and validating. I ask thoughtful questions, uncover hidden patterns, and help you understand both what you are experiencing and why. My style is candid, collaborative, and humor-infused. I work best with clients who want a therapist to think alongside them, challenge them when appropriate, and connect past experiences to present choices.

I primarily integrate psychodynamic therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (СВТ) in my work with individual clients. Rather than treating psychodynamic therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (СВТ) as competing approaches, I use them to address two essential questions: Where did these patterns come from? And what can you do differently now?
