I understand that everyone is unique and so I work collaboratively with each person to understand their story and find an approach that makes sense for you.
I have experience working with people who have experienced anxiety/depression and helping them to process their emotions in a safe space. I enjoy working with couples and individuals and have experience working with conflict within relationships.
I have a background and expertise in adoption that allows me to understand that this process can be emotional for both the adoptive and birth families. I work to meet these individuals where they are at in their adoption journey and help them to process their emotions related to adoption, as well as the grieving that comes along with it.
