About
Relationships are complicated. Our relationships can bring us great joy, but also great and lasting pain. Many of the burdens that we carry come from our relationships with others, both past and present. These relationships, then, need to be part of our emotional healing, whether or not other people participate in counseling. As a Marriage & Family Therapist, I believe that we all have the ability to heal within our relationships and within ourselves. It is the goal of the counseling process, then, to empower us to heal and change in order to live more balanced and fulfilling lives.
I specialize in family and couple conflict and helping people adjust to big life changes like divorce, remarriage, and losing a loved one. I also provide counseling for those dealing with depression, anxiety, and men's issues. I work with couples, families, adults, adolescents, and children 9 and up.
Everyone is different, so I am flexible to my client's unique needs and goals. I provide an open, honest, and caring environment, encouraging change without pressure or judgment. Together, we can make a difference in your life and in your family. Daytime, evening, and Saturday appointments are available.
