My ideal clients are individual adults and couples who are frustrated, confused, and tired by destructive cycles they seem to be stuck in, individually and relationally. I utilize a client-centered, emotions-focused approach, where I work to see and understand the genuine you. By providing a space for you to process and look at your hurts and your anger, your heart and your story; we begin the healing process together.
