I will help you gain insight into the patterns in your life that cause suffering, and to develop and execute a plan to address these issues to create your version of a “life worth living”.

I have extensive training and board certification in DBT and we offer comprehensive DBT treatment at our practice for individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder, emotional regulation difficulties, or at risk of suicide. I also treat depression, anxiety, Men’s issues, relationship problems, and coping with grief/loss.

I am currently accepting new patients and I would be honored to work together toward a better version of yourself and your life. I also hold a supervisor license in the state of Texas, and I am currently accepting applicants for supervision of clinical practice in pursuit of a professional counseling license.
