Ben has a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary with major coursework in human development, assessment and diagnoses, marital and family counseling, grief counseling, addiction counseling, cross-cultural counseling, and ethics. Ben believes human wellness is built on the need for safety, connection, growth, and finding meaning; when these needs are thwarted or unfulfilled, problems may arise in a person's life.
He utilizes Psychoanalytic therapy, dream work, and EMDR to help his clients better understand themselves and find their path to healing, authenticity, and living a life of meaning. Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys, fishing, gardening, reading, playing video games, and baking/cooking.
