I have experience with marriage, divorce, children, trauma, immigration, and multi-cultural issues. I believe that a client should feel safe and comfortable in order to share their most private information. I do my best to create a warm environment, free of judgement.
I am a licensed clinical social worker and I have been in private practice for the past 3 years, working with children, adolescents, and adults. I am currently not seeing children under 10 as I am currently only providing online therapy via telehealth. I focus on trauma, using NARM for complex/developmental trauma, and A.R.T for PTSD/shock trauma.
I know that life is often hard, especially if you don't have a good support system. I'm here to help you to explore what is getting in the way of you living your best life. Please don't allow bad past experiences with therapists to prevent you from seeking help. I can't wait to meet you!
