Throughout life we all encounter the times when shadows loom large, but there is always light. In such times we often need someone to walk beside us. I have led a life with a variety of challenging experiences, and I decided at the age of 12 to be a counselor. I never wavered from the path no matter how the shadows fell. It is my desire and passion to help others to find the light within and to be able to see it around them, overcoming their shadows.
I enjoy working with all ages and challenges, but children and teenagers are especially close to my heart. I use many tools in therapy, but I find myself using CBT, DBT, Art Therapy and Play Therapy the most.
