My intention is to create a collaborative environment to support clients to reconnect to their heart’s desire as we address obstacles that might be in the way. With a focus on developmental trauma, the client works on discovering new ways of relating to themselves and their environment.
With the main focus on NARM, short for the Neuro Affective Relational Model, I draw from other theories and modalities such as attachment theory and humanistic approaches. I am currently part of the training team at the NARM Institute while continuing to deepen my learning. I received my MA in Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University.
Before entering the field of Mental Health Counseling, I worked in fashion, design, and publishing. Originally from Germany, I currently live in the Hudson Valley with my three children.
