Adult DBT Group Now Enrolling! This virtual 10 week DBT Group experience will cover: Mindfulness Skills, Emotional Regulation Skills, Interpersonal Skills, and Distress Tolerance Skills. Led by a licensed and DBT trained therapist, the group will learn new skills, explore how to apply these skills in real life, and support each other to try out new patterns! This group is for men who sense that something has gone quiet inside them. Not in a dramatic way, but in the ordinary, accumulated way that happens when life organizes itself around obligation, performance, and keeping things together. The question the group returns to, week after week, is a simple one: What do I actually want? That question opens onto two related territories: desire and identity.
