My psychology and counseling practice is the expansion of identities through awareness and compassion not just solving problems. Your journey has been one with twists and turns and taking the first step to contact me may feel uncertain. Given life can feel like a maze, I make our initial contact straightforward as possible. For 25 years I’ve helped people clear the way to the freedom of their true nature in psychotherapy as well as hypnotherapy. I’ve worked as a crisis worker in ERs, to chief auditor for mental health services in Silicon Valley, to developing a successful counseling training center focused on mindfulness
in Bay Area as Executive Director, to Chairing a MH curriculum at CA State U, to manager of MH services for a 3 county MH system. I’ve presented on state and national platforms. My practice is anchored in the present moment with you. I bring decades of a client centered practice to create a customized experience. My near death experience as a child provided
a life‘s worth of motivation to inspire those I work with. I chose educational paths in line with my values: BA in Contemplative Psych; MA in Counseling Psych, and a PhD in Transpersonal Psych. I’m licensed as a Psychologist in California and Counselor in Oregon. My practice is continually full, however I do make space for those committed to personal growth.
