I have worked with youth and families since 2007 - clinically since 2012. A large aspect of my present work is within the domains of depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma-stressors, men's issues, as well as parenting issues. I am working on establishing an office in central to northern Kitsap County - feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
I practice from an integrative lens; Reality Therapy/Choice Theory (similar to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - CBT), Gestalt Therapy (awareness building), and Trauma-Informed Care models. I focus on unmet needs and resulting distress, as well as building regulation skills, evaluating thinking and behavioral patterns.
I am currently providing TeleMental-Health services; however, will hopefully be adding more in-person sessions by the fall of 2023.
