As a psychotherapist, I aim to create a non-judgmental, open-minded, and secure environment for clients to explore their feelings candidly and honestly. I utilize a variety of techniques and tailor treatment to the unique needs of the client.
I use an approach called Psychodynamic Therapy which focuses on gaining insight into past and present behaviors, as well as deepening overall self-awareness. Furthermore, I draw from these therapeutic modalities: EFT, IFS, and AEDP. I specialize in sexuality and am committed to the promotion of dignity for the 2slgbtqia+ community. All identities welcomed.
My training has primarily been with teens and adults experiencing a wide array of topics including sexual abuse, complicated grief, religious trauma, anxiety, family conflict, depression, loss, and identify exploration. I have and continue to undergo my own personal therapy. I look forward to hearing from you.
