My ideal clients are adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are ready to develop practical skills and build the resilience needed to overcome life's difficulties. They often come to me struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, problem gambling, stress, or concerns about their self-worth. What I value about my work is creating an authentic therapeutic relationship built on genuine partnership and respect. I provide a non-judgmental space where you're recognized as the expert on your own life. Together, we'll integrate evidence-based tools with personalized care tailored specifically to you.
I'm part of the Anchor Health Counseling team, and we want to make it easy to start therapy. We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, BlueCross Blue Shield, United and Medicare. You can call us, email us, or visit us online at the Anchor Health Counseling website.
