I work with adults and teens in Idaho who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, and life stress—especially when coping strategies like avoidance, overworking, substances, or distraction begin to create more problems than they solve. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning but burned out, feeling stuck, or disconnected from their sense of purpose. I offer insight-oriented therapy for those who want to better understand their coping patterns, reduce overwhelm, and build healthier ways to navigate work, relationships, and everyday life.

Therapy with me focuses on understanding the emotional and situational factors driving these patterns and developing healthier, more sustainable ways to cope. Rather than relying on willpower or quick fixes, we work to build insight, emotional regulation skills, and practical strategies that support meaningful change.
