The majority of my clients are children, adolescents, and young adults that are navigating school, friendships, family changes, identity development, and everything else that comes with growing up. I also work with student-athletes (from youth to college), helping to manage the balance between performance and pressure. I have experience supporting individuals across the autism spectrum, and I also see adults working through anxiety, depression, OCD, and related concerns.
Clients often come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood. Often they will struggle with anxiety, low mood, worry, social challenges, emotional regulation, and/or burnout. Student-athletes may be dealing with confidence, pressure, perfectionism, on top of trying to be a human being outside sports.
I meet clients where they are developmentally, using age-appropriate play-based and narrative therapies to build insight, coping skills, and confidence. When helpful, I collaborate with parents/caregivers to create practical plans that support progress. I attempt to foster a warm, non-judgmental, and welcoming environment of those from any background.

I often use play-based therapy in session to create a warm environment, but also to help work through things that come up for clients, such as (but not limited to) coping skills, communication, and navigating emotions. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in conjunction with Narrative Therapy techniques to challenge our negative inner narratives, while helping to foster the growth of positive ones.
