I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Certified Alcohol & Drug Abuse Counselor (CADAC). I have a Masters of Education in mental health, addictions, and marriage and family therapy. I have worked with families, adolescents and adults for over 13 years in a variety of settings. I typically utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems Therapy.
We will navigate problem areas and help you develop skills to cope. I'm happy to offer insight in any area that I can to help meet you where you are at. I enjoy working with individuals to address any conflicts, stressors, or unhealthy patterns. We will work together to help you achieve the goals you desire.
We will organize a plan of action to address any problem areas. I provide a neutral and objective viewpoint on a situation, and empower you to be able to handle future problem areas.
