I understand that the idea of opening up to someone, let alone a stranger, can be daunting, so I would like to offer you time, patience, empathy, and understanding. Life is a journey full of obstacles which may lead to depression, anxiety, confusion, or unhappiness. Sometimes we forget that we are the ones that know ourselves best. Therapy is a way to help yourself be the happiest you can be, and my role as a counselor is to walk that path with you.
I believe that we all have the freedom to make our own choices in life. I recognize that these choices may have multiple outcomes, but ultimately we are independent and in control if we allow ourselves to be. I would like to help you as you make your life choices.
