I am a certified CBT therapist specializing in depression, anxiety, OCD, emotion regulation challenges, and life transitional issues. I believe individuals have unique needs, and I bring both my experience and collaborative skills into treatment. I am dedicated to and extremely passionate about assisting people to develop more meaning, success, and pleasure in their life. I have over 10 years experience helping people overcome a wide range of challenges to achieve their goals. I received training at the Cedars-Sinai Outpatient Psychiatry department, worked at a comprehensive DBT program, became certified in Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and certified in CBT as a Diplomate with the Academy of Cognitive & Behavioral Therapies.
I look forward to working together to develop meaningful changes in your life. I offer evenings appointments on weekdays. Prior to scheduling an appointment, we will have an initial 15 minute consultation over the phone to get a better sense of the issues you need assistance with and determine if we are a good fit or if a referral would be more appropriate.
