While I specialize in men, I love serving people of all kinds.
With over two decades of experience working with children and adults as a teacher and counselor, I bring a wealth of knowledge and insight to my practice as a psychotherapist and parent coach. I specialize in working with people with PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, ADHD, the parenting of difficult children, and navigating divorce/loss.
Men's mental health issues, whether it's relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, or parenting are complex and deeply personal.
