I specialize in helping people to create stability in their families through supportive, in-depth therapy. I specialize in counseling therapy for Christian men and women struggling with marital strife, parenting challenges, sexual addiction, depression, and anxiety. I was an educator at the K-12 level for 20 years, so naturally I also counsel a lot of children and teenagers.
I have a lot of experience working with children and adolescents and I enjoy working with them. I offer counseling services to individuals ages 5 and older. I connect easily with them and understand their challenges. I am trained in EMDR and utilize it often in therapy sessions.
Overall I love working with clients who have run into challenges in marriage, in parenting, in work, in their faith, and in forming relationships. Helping people learn to solve problems and move on with their lives is a passion of mine. I work to get to root level problems so that when we do resolve a challenge it is not likely to come back any time soon.
