I am certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), two types of therapy that push beneath the surface to identify and heal the foundational causes of your suffering. I also use EMDR and IFS depending on the presenting problem.
