The end goal is a closer alignment of your self-understanding, your lived experience, and your ideal self.
I work with adults and adolescents, LGBTQ+ folks (including poly/ENM and kink/BDSM), people dealing with life transitions, interpersonal issues, existential questions, substance use issues, process addictions (gambling, electronics, etc.), anxiety, depression and more.
