About
As your counselor, I am your partner in self-understanding and change. My role is to support and guide you toward an understanding of who you are and who you want to be. We work together as you determine the changes you would like to make, and create plans for making those changes real. The end goal is a closer alignment of your self-understanding, your lived experience, and your ideal self.
I work with adults and adolescents, LGBTQ+ folks (including poly/ENM), people dealing with life transitions, interpersonal issues, existential questions, substance use issues, process addictions (gambling, electronics, etc.), anxiety, depression and more.
Everyone is welcome to reach out! I hope that I can help you develop the understanding and make the changes that you need in your life.
