Growth in isolation doesn't work. We all have times when life feels overwhelming and the answers aren't there but we blame ourselves for everything going wrong. With the right help, we have the chance to find our lost motivation, inspiration, and connection to who we are with the right. My aim is to help clients understand and overcome the obstacles they face, empowering them to regain agency in their lives and achieve their goals. Whether it's depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or trauma, we will grow our ability to be mindful, to be in tune with our bodies, and be connected with those around us.
I am passionate about working with individuals and couples to unlock the resources within that have been buried by trauma, especially men's issues dealing with disconnection. I use a combination of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment-based therapy, EMDR, and existential theory to empower you to be your authentic self no matter the history.
Choosing to actively engage in yourself requires courage. My own therapy has helped me to understand what it's like on the other side of the couch. As a client myself, it's hard to find the right fit. I create a non-judgmental, caring, and honest environment in sessions and enjoy working with a variety of individuals and couples.
