Life can be challenging: our capacity is split between personal, social and political matters, all while navigating the profound inequities of a capitalist society. Our lives are multi-dimensional, and our approach to taking care of our mental health should be, too. I bring a person-centered, collaborative, social justice-oriented focus to my work, using a variety of therapy modalities because therapy is not one-size-fits-all.
I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent people, those living with trauma, and those of us undergoing difficult life transitions. I bring my personal experience as a transgender man to my practice, knowing that shared identity can be an essential part of feeling welcomed in a space of vulnerability.
