I am an integrative psychotherapist who grounds my practice in trauma-informed, narrative, and critical consciousness frameworks. I have experience and training in mindfulness, trauma-focused CBT, child and adolescent trauma, IFS, and EMDR therapy. I have also completed population-specific trainings relating to gender, sexuality, racism and oppression.  I seek to challenge dominant narratives which negatively impact the ways people come to see themselves, understanding that many mental health challenges are deeply tied to the social, environmental, and political contexts in which they occur.
I work closely with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent people.  I have worked with people in all stages of substance use and recovery, and am well-versed in both harm reduction and abstinence based models.  I have prior experience working in settings which focus on recovery for people who have experienced homelessness, incarceration, and combat.
I believe in the power of community. I am trans-, kink-, and poly-affirming and ascribe to a HAES approach. I commonly work with people diagnosed with ADHD and/or ASD, as well as those experiencing depression, anxiety, (C)PTSD, and bi-polar disorders. I work with individuals, couples, and families.
